Join a Soaring Tree Top Adventure in the San Juan mountains north of Durango. Zip around a network of cables and rush through a lush Old Growth Ponderosa and Aspen forest.

Explore the 1.5 miles of zipline cables spanned around a beautiful forest of the San Juans north of Durango. Soar through the old-grown Ponderosa and Aspen trees and fly over the Animas River. Enjoy the 27 different zip line spans, eat a well-deserved gourmet lunch up in the trees, and learn about the unique ecology of the forest.

You can choose from 3 ticket options:

Option 1 only includes round-trip train ride

Option 2 includes round-trip train ride and gourmet lunch

Option 3 includes round-trip train ride, 5.5-hours of zip lining, and a gourmet lunch

The local operator offers pickup from two departure points, please indicate your pickup location at checkout. 1- Downtown Durango train station, located at 479 Main Avenue, Durango, CO 81301, USA. Departure from downtown is 8:15 am sharp – boarding time is 7:45 am. 2- Rockwood train station, located at 878 County Road 200, Durango, CO 81301, USA. The train pickup time from Rockwood station is 9:23 am. Please make sure to arrive at the Rockwood train station by 9:00 am.

  • This activity requires a minimum age of 4 and a maximum age of 94
  • You must weigh between 40 and 265 pounds
  • Please make sure to wear fully enclosed shoes and long pants (the harness leg loops around your thighs can ride up), and a shirt with a collar (the harness shoulder straps may rub on your neck)
  • This activity operates rain or shine, dress according to the weather conditions and bring a rain jacket with a hood and/or other attire to be outside
  • Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are prohibited
  • Anyone suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be evicted with no refund
  • Free lockers are available for storing your belongings
  • This activity is not suited for pregnant women
