Experience a slice of uniquely British-style life while remaining in southern Europe. You'll have time to explore and check out the duty-free shops in the centre of this British outpost. There's also an optional minibus tour, where you'll learn of the rock's fascinating history and visit some of its iconic sights.

If you choose the guided minibus tour, you'll first visit Europa Point, where there can be great views to Africa, just 20km away. Then it's on to the spectacular St Michael's Caves, once home to Neanderthals, used as a war hospital during World War II, and now a unique concert hall. You'll also meet the free-roaming and entertaining Barbary Apes who occupy the Upper Rock area, and who are said to be a guarantee of British Sovereignty in Gibraltar.

And you'll also have plenty of free time in Main Street, where you'll have time to stock up on some duty-free bargains, maybe have some lunch in a typical British pub and do some exploring of your own.

It also houses the world's smallest church, as recognised by the Guinness Book of Records.Next up, you'll head to the Stupa of Enlightenment, a Buddhist monument that stands as a symbol of peace, prosperity and harmony. At 33 meters high, it's the largest in the Western world and a peaceful place to pause and take in the views of the Costa del Sol coastline before the final leg of the tour.To wrap up, you'll explore the whitewashed Andalusian town of Mijas. You'll have free time to wander about, poke around the shops or relax at a café with coffee and churros – a deep-fried Andalusian treat. Highlights here include the chapel in the rocks, donkey taxis, a chocolate factory and a few small museums. After this, you'll regroup and return to your accommodation.
