Halkidiki's rugged peninsulas are yours for the taking on this extreme 4x4 tour. You'll zig zag through pine forests and tiny villages, and trundle along hidden coastal trails as you explore the most concealed parts of Sithonia and Kassandra. An action camera will record the adventure too, so you can sit back and enjoy the ride.
Buckle up, and get ready for the off. You'll get going right off the mark with the peninsulas of Kassandra and Sithonia in your sights, stopping along the way for photos and breathers amongst nature. There'll be natural obstacles to conquer, including verdant pine forests, olive groves, vineyards and seashore tracks for which a 4x4 comes in really handy.
You'll find your way along uncharted paths, rocky trails, lush wooded climbs and river crossings, all the while soaking up Halkidiki's flora and fauna. A string of vantage points over the peninsulas will come into view, including Mt Athos in the distance. And during the journey, there'll be a stop for coffee and an optional lunch at a Greek tavern with attention-grabbing views.
