Heb je ooit echte camembert geprobeerd, gemaakt met rauwe melk? Je bezoekt de laatste staande boerderij in het dorp Camembert die Camembert ter plaatse maakt! Geniet van enorme monsters van zelfgemaakte kazen met een glas cider. Daarna ga je naar een zuivelfabriek waar ook met rauwe melk wordt gewerkt en waar je het verschil tussen kazen kunt proeven.
Geniet buiten van een picknick (op eigen kosten) in een geclassificeerd dorp als het weer het toelaat.
De middag staat in het teken van appel- en perenbrouwsels. Harde appelcider, harde perencider, pommeau en calvados. Afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van de producenten, bezoekt u een traditionele ciderboerderij, een op wijnprocessen gerichte cidermaker op het landgoed. Als je aan het einde van de tour niet te moe bent, gaan we misschien voor een verrassing komen.
