• Extra pick-up and drop-off fees (payable on-site): Bai Truong area: 50,000 VND per person, Ong Lang area: 100,000 VND per person, Cua Can/Vung Bau area: 200,000 VND per person, Ganh Dau/Bai Dai area: 400,000 VND per person, Ham Ninh/Cay Sao/An Thoi area: 200,000 VND per person
• A 20% holiday surcharge applies on 1 January, 16–21 February, 30 April, 1 May, and 2 September, payable on-site

• Pick-up time depends on the hotel location
• Children policy (Applicable only for Snorkeling, not for Scuba Diving): Children under 1 m: Free of charge, children from 1 m to under 1.4 m: Child rate, children 1.4 m and above: adult rate
• Destinations may change depending on weather conditions
• If the Border Guard does not allow the tour to operate, the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided
• If the Border Guard allows the tour to operate and you choose to cancel, no refund will be issued
• This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted to reschedule or receive a full refund
• Lunch menu: Fruit buffet throughout the tour, bread with butter, strawberry jam, peanut butter, and chocolate, fresh fruits (dragon fruit, banana, watermelon), Vietnamese baguette
