In one day, you'll see geysers and golden waterfalls, you'll walk between continents, and learn about Viking history. Departing from Reykjavík, the first stop will be Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the Eurasian and American tectonic plates are pulling apart from each other. The next stop is the Geysir geothermal area, where you can see the geyser Strokkur erupt every few minutes. Strokkur sends boiling hot water up to 30 meters into the sky, which is quite the spectacle. Next up is Gullfoss Waterfall's, one of Iceland's most famous waterfalls. The "Golden Falls" waterfall is fed by millions of gallons of freezing meltwater from the second-largest glacier in Iceland, Langjökull.
