You'll begin your session by learning the basics of the theory, followed by a shallow water training session which will ensure that you are totally comfortable with all the equipment and in control while you're in the water. You'll then have the chance to put the theory into practice in a full open sea dive to a maximum of 12 m in a nearby dive site.
