Tucked inside the long-standing El Molino Blanco restaurant, this hands-on workshop shines a light on one of Tenerife's best-loved kitchen staples. Alongside a local chef, you'll uncover the story behind the island's famous mojo sauces before creating your own version using traditional techniques. A tasting rounds things off, offering the chance to compare flavours, swap ideas and leave with a deeper appreciation of Canarian food culture.
