Meet your guide at the pickup point and together you will make your way to Aarhus train station to board the train to Jelling. During the 1-hour ride, your guide will tell you about how the Jelling Stone was erected by Danish King Harald Bluetooth in 965 in memory of his parents Gorm and Thyra. On the rune stone, you can find inscriptions of achievements Harald made such as the unification of Denmark and the conversion to Christianity.
