Delivery
Tickets will be delivered minimum 1 day before the match in the hotel from the client. We ask for full local hotel details in city centre (arrivaldate, phonenumber and reservationname are very important).
Date & Time
Please check the official website for possible fixture changes/kick-off times as these are subject to change. We try to provide you the exact match dates
Names
All names will be required when making a booking. Please ask you client to provide this and put it in the notes of the booking.
Seating
Until 2 weeks prior a game, all prices on the website are guaranteed for up to 4 seats together. (Except for short lower/middle)
For last minute order, please contact our team for availability on 3 or 4 seats together.
Real madrid+FC Barcelona exception:
For the match against Real madrid and FC Barcelona we can only guarantee 2 seats together, if you need 3 of 4 seats together please contact us before confirming
European Matches
Selling to away teams nationalities is on the clients own risk. Events Travel is not responsible for being denied at the entrance or any problems inside the stadium. Please make sure clients DO NOT WEAR any away team coulours or merchandise in any case, they will be rejected.
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
Hospitality
Longside corner - The CLUB North west is located in the Lower and middle tiers . Seats are located in Block 211-212In the common areas you can participate in live dining experiences ( Catering included, and cash bar available )This tickets will be delivered at your clients hotel 1/2 days before the game and is free of charge
