Panorama360 is the highest observation deck in Europe. It is located on the 89th floor of the Federation Tower “East” in Moscow and is a full member of the World Federation of Great Towers. The Mini Ice Cream Museum introduces you to the story of ice-cream. Take a look at vintage bowls and ice-cream spoons from a private collection
2) Fascinating 3D-Quest
There are special 3D-quest marks on the observation deck. Gather a collection of 12 Moscow City towers using the AR Moscow City app.
3) Interactive guide
Download the App "AR PNR360" and with the help of augmented reality, your smartphone will find and show you 32 sights of Moscow right outside the window.
4) The highest ice cream factory
A unique opportunity to try ice cream directly from the conveyor. Every guest gets an unlimited number of tastings.
5) The highest chocolate factory
