Nordic walking is a sport that was created in Finland as a way for skiers to keep training even during the summer months. At the end of the ’90s, special poles were created for this activity. You will learn how to move the superior part of your body using these special poles with unique movements.
Nordic walking improves your muscle tone, coordination and mobility and is the best way to stay fit, as it is more effective than simply walking without the poles.
