Enjoy two contemporary art exhibitions in Rennes, thanks to your Summer 2023 pass that will give you access to the "Forever sixties" exhibition at Couvent des Jacobins, and "Art is Magic" exhibition at Rennes Musée des Beaux-Arts, at the Criée and the Frac Bretagne.
The two exhibitions are part of Exporama, a contemporary art event organised by the City and the Metropolis of Rennes. With more than 80 emblematic works, some of which have never previously been exhibited by the Pinault Collection, "Forever Sixties" sheds light on a decisive moment in the history of contemporary art, the visual revolution of the 1960s, and its enduring legacy in the creative movement of the following decades. While "Art is Magic" is a Jeremy Deller retrospective that resonates with the exhibition "Forever Sixties", and brings together drawing, painting, film, performance, costume, decoration, political opinion and humour, as well as amazing objects.
