Experience a Saturday matinee Concert you will never forget. Admire the Concertgebouw’s beautiful décor and enjoy an excellent selection of classical, pop, and jazz music.

The buildings famous Main Hall is one of the best concert halls in the world, well-known for its exceptional acoustics and special atmosphere.

Feel the history around you as you enter the hall. Here, Gustav Mahler conducted his own compositions, as did Richard Strauss and Igor Stravinsky, while Sergei Rachmaninoff played his own piano concertos. This is also where musicians such as Leonard Bernstein, Vladimir Horowitz and Yehudi Menuhin gave legendary performances. Right up to now, the Main Hall offers a stage to the world’s best orchestras and musicians.

Meeting point:

Please exchange your voucher at the box office atleast 1 hour before the start of the concert. The box bffice is located at the main entrance of the Concertgebouw and opens at 10.00am on Saturdays. The Royal Concertgebouw is located opposite of the Museumplein, the main entrance is in Lairessestraat.

What to remember
  • Your tickets will be held at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance
  • Seats are assigned by the theater box office and will not be known in advance of the performance date, however you will receive one of the best category 1 tickets to ensure a great experience
