Travel along La Route des Grands Crus, one of the world's most famous wine roads, to discover what makes Burgundy the toast of the wine world. Learn how Burgundy's star grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, express themselves across Burgundy's rich maze of villages and terroirs—all while tasting a selection of our 2018 Famille Carabello-Baum cuvées. You will learn all about vineyard classifications, winemaking techniques, discover the Burgundy Climats and classification, the grapes grown in Burgundy and their variations around the world. You will also learn about the biodynamic winemaking techniques and the seven different terroirs of Château de Pommard's very own vineyard, Clos Marey-Monge.

You will visit with a Professional Wine Advisor the estate, Clos Marey-Monge, and its 18th Century Cellars. You will enjoy five wines tasting from Château de Pommard and Famille Carabello-Baum under the guidance of a WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) trained wine advisor. You will learn more about the history of wine, the management of biodynamic vineyards, our viticultural techniques and the art of tasting. You can combine this visit with the Jeunesse Experience and offer your kids the opportunity to discover the journey of the grape.
