You will be transferred to the local pier of Ban Nakasang and board a traditional long tail boat to cruise down the Mekong River, passing through the tranquil scenery that makes up the ‘4,000 Islands’ region. Stop at Don Det and cross a bridge that links the two small islands of Don Det and Don Khone.
Visit the old French railway and locomotive then take a local car through the countryside dotted with small villages to visit impressive Liphi Waterfalls. Lunch is at a local restaurant on Khone Island. Then return by boat to Ban Nakasang and head to the amazing and largest waterfalls in South East-Asia, the Khongphapheng falls. After tour, return to Pakse and your hotel.
