The Interpretation Centre Los Molinos is located in Tiscamanita, a village in the central area of Fuerteventura, where agriculture has been the main way of life. The museum is located in traditional architecture, with its typical rooms, around a picturesque courtyard with a pomegranate tree, belonging to a farming family.
After visiting the different rooms, with various original objects related to milling, the visit to the museum ends with an impressive projection. The windmill, which can be explored, has the original machinery. To complete the experience, you will be able to taste the most typical and traditional recipe of the Canary Islands: kneaded gofio. A sweet way to end the visit.
