The UNESCO-listed My Son Sanctuary will be your reward at the end of this cycling tour from Hoi An. But first you'll pedal out of the city just as day breaks, past rice fields and villages to reach the temple ruins.
After an early morning safety briefing, you'll set off on two wheels, taking the lesser-known backstreets of Hoi An. You'll head towards the historical riverfront area – and without the crowds about, you can take as many pictures as you like. Then it's out of the city, over the river, towards My Son Sanctuary.
Depending on the season, you'll pass rice, corn and even sunflower fields, with barely a car in sight too. Then before you go into the ruins, tuck into some fresh fruit and a traditional Banh Mi sandwich. Your expert guide will show you around the ruined Cham temples and towers during a private tour. You'll travel back to Hoi An aboard an air-conditioned van.
