Hue Street Food Tour
This tour takes sightseeing to a whole new level. Instead of heading out on a simple history tour, you'll hop on a cyclo to get under the city's skin – and taste as many Vietnamese delights as you can. There'll be plenty of stops for food, and a bit of history along the way too.Once you've met up with your guide, we'll get the tour underway just as we mean to go on – with a stop for some ‘banh beo', steamed rice discs topped with shrimp, and ‘ram it', sticky rice dumplings. After that, we'll head on foot to another stop to try a tasty Hue pancake.Ride across Perfume River via either Phu Xuan or Trang Tien bridge, to reach the Royal Citadel, where you'll try the third dish on this food tour - ‘Bun bo Hue', a beef vermicelli soup. Then cool down with a beer before preparing a typical egg rice cracker with beef or pate on charcoal at a snack shop. The tour ends at a cafe with either a tea or Vietnamese salty coffee, a Hue speciality.
