Everyone is welcome to join yoga practice at Varjola on summer evenings. You will spread the mats outside and enjoy a yoga session in the middle of nature. If it rains the session will take place indoors.
Yoga is easy and suitable for everyone. Its aim is to increase mobility and strength while relaxing your body and mind. These are the key elements of the practice. In this session you will also learn breathing techniques that enhance relaxation and reduce stress.
