What to expect

Day 1: Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park

Cut by the Virgin River, Zion Canyon is an impressive mix of white, pink and red Navajo sandstone cliffs. Ancient petrified sand dunes towering over 2,000 feet above the canyon floor make for an impressive landscape– a photographer’s paradise. Zion National Park offers enchanting walks and hikes for every fitness level.

Stroll around the Emerald Pools trail, enjoy the Temple of Sinawava, the Great White Throne and Weeping Rock. Visit the interpretive Human History museum where you can enjoy an entertaining rangers talk on the patio.

In the afternoon, head to Bryce Canyon. A giant natural amphitheater created by erosion along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau, Bryce is distinctive due to geological structures called hoodoos. These red, orange and white spires provide spectacular views for park visitors. Bryce Canyon is considered by many to be the most scenically diverse place in the world! Enjoy a BBQ and a fun evening around the campfire with your new friends this evening!

Day 2: Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley

Headed past Lake Powell for an optional visit to Antelope Canyon, you’ll wind your way through more of USA Southwest’s spectacular scenery to one of the most iconic locations on the planet. The backdrop for many famous western movies and home to the Navajo Indians you are in for a real treat. Hop on board a 4X4 jeep and enjoy our included Navajo guided Monument Valley tour. Camp right along the rim and get ready to gaze up at the amazing starry skies. Bag your front row seat to a magnificent sun rise.

Day 3 Grand Canyon National Park South Rim

Saving the best for last! After a brief visit to a traditional Navajo trading post your 3-day Grand Canyon tour follows the mighty Colorado River through the Painted Desert to one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Take in a bird’s eye view on an optional helicopter ride. Stroll along the rim, take a hike into the one of the deepest and most diverse canyons on earth or simply relax in one the rim cafes. Admire the magnificent view before heading back to the bright city lights of Las Vegas.

Sandwich style lunch included.

For the 3 day National Parks Tour, you must make your own way to and from a convenient centrally located Las Vegas hotel

*Please note that rooms in Monument Valley vary from rooms, houses or apartments and may be shared with other travelers on the same tour. All rooms have their own private bathroom. Please note that children aged 7-18 years old with be roomed with parents in a room with 2 queen beds. If your party is a total of 3 or 5 guests you will be in 1/2 triple rooms with two queen beds in each.

  • Evening meals – You may opt to eat at local restaurants or to take part in a group meal. You tour guide will offer you a group BBQ on night one and a traditional Navajo meal on night two. Each is $12-$14 per person and is weather dependent
  • Gratuities not included- suggested 15%

Meeting point:

Your pick up point is the Stratosphere Casino located on Las Vegas Blvd. The pick up time is 7.15am from the North Tour Entrance. Please be outside and ready 10 mins prior to departure– your tour will not wait. Please ensure that you have breakfast before you join the tour.

What to remember
  • Minimum age requirement: 7 years old
  • This tour is not wheelchair accessible
  • Unless you have paid the upgrade to lodge accommodations you have booked a camping tour
  • You will be provided (if camping) the use of a sleeping bag, foam sleeping mat and use of a two person tent (if you are a solo traveler you will be paired with a tent partner of the same gender)
  • It is suggested you bring the following items if you are camping: travel pillow, travel towel, flashlight, waterproof jacket (just in case), and walking shoes and a refillable water container (water is not provided)
  • There are many opportunities for walks and hikes on this tour. Your tour guide will make recommendations for walks to suit your ability and interest
  • Evening meals are not included, your tour guide will suggest local economical restaurants where you can opt to eat as a group and enjoy the social aspect of the tour
