Come along on this Leeds craft beer tour and visit some leading breweries with tastings along the way!
You will start the tour at Nomadic Beers brewery, one of Leeds' leading micro-breweries, specializing in craft beer inspired by traditional styles. At this stop, see the brew kit, learn about the brewing process and sample some of Nomadic's brews right from the source.
The second stop is Brew York New Briggate, Leeds' taproom for York-based brewery, Brew York. Founded in 2016, Brew York is one of Yorkshire's leading craft breweries and in Brew York New Briggate you will learn about the brewery and taste some of their leading edge craft brews.
From Brew York New Briggate your group will walk to the Turk's Head, the craft beer sister bar of 300-year-old Whitelocks. Here your tour guide talks through the modern history of beer whilst you enjoy sampling different pioneering craft beer styles.
The final stop is Friends of Ham. Opened in 2012, this has been one of Leeds' trail-blazing craft beer bars of the last ten years. Here your guide will talk you through some of the modern craft beers Friends of Ham has to offer. After the tour finishes here, guests will be able to stay a little longer if they wish with food also available (not included in the tour price).
Throughout the tour, you will be given a wide range of different beer styles to enjoy, from traditional ales to modern craft beer. All beer is included in the price of the tour and also includes a number of small tasting samples, third-pint or half-pint measures. Don't miss out!
