All orders for Chelsea will come as paper tickets and will be delivered We will be delivering the the tickets to the clients hotels in London at latest one day before the game, unless otherwise stated during the order process. Please make sure to provide us all the correct information to guarantee the delivery:
- Booking / guest name at the hotel
- Hotel name and address
- Check in date and booking reference
- Mobile Telephone number of the client during the trip to the UK (emergencies)
As soon as Fedex or our personal couriers cannot deliver the tickets because of wrong information provided by the agencies, Events Travel is not responsible for the on time delivery of the packages.
No german clients allowed for Chelsea vs Eintracht Frankfurt!
We have stated the number of seats guaranteed together per category. As long as the category is online we guarantee the number of seats together.
Regular seats might be upgraded to hospitality. In case of these upgrades, the hospitality will be a collection on matchday at the official collection point at Chelsea FC. All info will be provided on time.
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time.
Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
For chelsea we cannot sell to fans that have the nationality of the away fans (so for Eintracht Frankfurt we cannot offer to clients from Germany!). We will need a lead name upon booking and remain the right to cancel bookings as soon as away team nationalities are booked.
