Madeira's magnificent inland and coastal scenery takes centre stage on this full day tour. You'll visit all the main panoramic points including the Cabo Girão Skywalk, Porto Moniz, Paúl da Serra and Encumeada Pass.
Your first destination will be the second highest sea cliff in the world, Cabo Girão, but you'll have an experience unlike any other as you walk out on a glass platform – it's a dare to look down. Then it's on to Ribeira Brava, followed by a stroll through a banana plantation in Madalena do Mar.
We'll then head up the 1,500m Paúl da Serra plateau before descending on Porto Moniz, famous for its natural lava rock swimming pools, for a typical lunch. Then crossing north to south, you'll venture over the Encumeada Pass for views over the island. You'll finish up the day with a Poncha drink demonstration and tasting in Câmara de Lobos – made famous by Winston Churchill.
