Go directly to the boarding gate n°2 of Vedettes de Paris and show your e-ticket. You don't need to queue at the ticket office. The boarding gate is located on Port de Suffren. Nearest metro stops: Bir Hakeim (line 6) and Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (RER C).

Your ticket is valid for the whole day, you can choose the hour that suits best your schedule.

The cruise runs every 45 minutes during low season (October to March) , first departure 11:15am last departure 9pm.
The cruise runs every 30 minutes during high season (April to September), first departure 10:30am last departure 9:30pm. Boarding takes place 15 minutes before departure.
