First time
If you are a surf rookie, you'll learn the basic rules and techniques to surf safely. You'll be able to analyze and select the wave, understand the right timing to catch it and discover the importance of your positioning on the board.
Beginners or intermediates
If the surfboard is no longer unknown to you, your instructor will help you to improve your technique and performance. You'll work on autonomy, safety rules on the outside, to identify and use currents, the passage of the surf and improve performance on the wave.
