Morgan Pasqual is the chef who has revamped the concept of the Italian giardiniera by creating the 'sartorial giardiniera' in 5 different variations. At “Cibo a Regola d’Arte”, Morgan will give a 60-minute lecture where he will teach you how to prepare a delicious giardiniera dish.
Each participant will have a 'Cibo a Regola d'Arte' apron and workstation set up with the tools and ingredients to create the recipe.
At the end of the lesson each participant can take away their creation along with the “Cibo a Regola d’Arte” apron.
