What to expect

Discover the secrets of Valencia and visit the place where the Holy Grail is supposed to be. This tour will take you to some of the most important religious monuments of the city, where you'll learn more about the history of the city and the legend of the Holy Grail. After you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional Valencian meal in one of the city's restaurants.

On this guided tour you will discover the history of the Holy Grail, from its roots in Jerusalem to its current location in the Valencia Cathedral. The tour begins with a visit to San Juan del Hospital, the oldest church in Valencia, before moving to the lively Plaza de la Virgen, one of the most important spots of the city center. After that you’ll head to the Valencia Cathedral and its Museum, that treasures valuable religious artwork of Valencian artists throughout history. You’ll continue towards the San Nicolas Church, also known as the “Valencian Sistine Chapel" due to its impressive set of frescoes painted over 2,000 square meters of vaults, ribs and columns.

Once the visit ends, you’ll have the chance to taste a delicious paella lunch in a traditional restaurant located in front of the Quart Towers (In July and August dinner will be served instead of lunch), where you'll try some of the finest delicacies of the Valencia cuisine.
