This tour leaves from the Port of Valparaíso. When you arrive to Santiago, you will explore the classic attractions of the city with a bilingual guide, and appreciate its interesting combination of ancient and modern styles. Discover its contrasting neighborhoods, such as the financial district, known as Sanhattan, the Civic Center, Bellavista and the Metropolitan Park.
The first stop of the itinerary will be the neighborhood of the Republic, which used to be the upper-class neighborhood in the twentieth century. Then you will visit La Moneda (the Government Palace Palace), and the Plaza de Armas, where you will find the Cathedral and the Central Post Office.
The tour continues towards the San Cristóbal hill, located inside the Metropolitan Park (the largest park in the city). From here you can admire a panoramic view of the city with the Andes in the background. At the top of the hill, you will find a church and an impressive statue of the Virgin Mary 72 (feet tall). Later, you will pass to Bellavista, the bohemian neighborhood, located at the foot of Cerro San Cristóbal.
