The Ballo Tiepolo®, an unmissable international social gathering of the Carnival of Venice that has taken place since 1998, will come back this year at the Palazzo Pisani Moretta. This beautiful palace that overlooks the Grand Canal, with frescos by great artists such as Tiepolo, will be lit up by hundreds of candles.
Guests will be welcomed with an aperitif on the ground floor and will then be accompanied to the noble floor, where the four-course meal (including wines) will take place, curated by our chef. During the evening, the classical orchestra will entertain guests, along with opera singers, dancers and various performers wearing sumptuous stage costumes by the Atelier Tiepolo.
The ball will begin in the central hall where the Dance Masters will involve guests in period dances such as waltzes and minuets. After midnight everyone will make their way back to the ground floor where the Grand Ball will continue. Between one dance and another, you will be able to taste various Venetian pastries and Prosecco.
Pisani Moretta Palace
The palace, overlooking the Grand Canal, is a magnificent example of late gothic architecture (end of 15th century), and after several restorations and decorations throughout the years, it is now considered one of the most beautiful palaces in Venice. During the evening of the ball, the palace will be lit by hundreds of candles, adding a magical allure to the event.
