Your guide will lead you on a route through the ancient city, including different tasting stages. Meet your guide and get to know the other participants during an aperitif including sparkling wine and snacks from the Blau Skybar. Then, walk to the historic center and visit the old fortified city, Porta Terra. Follow the route of the Aragonese towers and defensive walls, and enter the period buildings, churches and squares. Continue to Trattoria Caragol with two tastings of Akenta local sparkling wine and a tris based on fish (dogfish or cod in algherese garlic sauce, octopus and potato salad sprinkled with mullet bottarga on steamed mussels with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil). Then sample a glass of Vermentino white wine with a platter of olives and cured meats (raw ham, bacon, coppa and dry sausage), cheeses (aged pecorino, blue sheep's cheese, semi-aged pecorino). Conclude with a glass of red Ovodda wine, carasau bread, scones and Catalan cream as dessert.
