What to expect

The sky has always been a source of inspiration, not only for dreamers but also for astronomers and artists of all ages. Without exaggeration, the whole Greek mythology is imprinted in the sky. After this experience, you will surely observe the night sky with a different mindset and emotions.

Sounio is a magical place full of positive energy. According to the ancient Athenians, Sounio was one of its three most important energy sites. It is located at the end of Attica, where the temple of the god Poseidon is located, hanging above the sea.

On your way there you'll be driven along the coastal road of Athens Riviera before visiting the Sounio archaeological site and the temple of Poseidon. Here you'll watch the sunset from a sandy beach located under the temple.

While waiting for the night to get dark to observe of the constellations, you'll get to try various Greek snacks, drink wine, Greek raki and discuss the Greek myths just like the ancient Greek banquets. Whoever wishes, can swim freely in the sea under the night sky.
