During this tour with tasting, you will meet the two faces of the wine world - modernity at Tenuta Coccapane, and tradition at Azienda Merlotta. You will learn about the long journey that the grapes make before arriving on the tables of houses, restaurants and bars in the form of wine.
You will meet your guide at Tenuta Coccapane, where you will visit the vineyards and enjoy an aperitif. Afterward, it will be time to discover Azienda Merlotta, where you will be explained the types of cultivation, the planting patterns, the grape varieties and agronomic management. You will also visit the winery, the premises where grapes are stocked as well as discover the method of sparkling winemaking adopted, the bottling line production and the refinement rooms.
At the end of the tour, you will taste the typical products of the farm and will have access to the wine shop to buy souvenirs.
