Learn to cook like a Bolognese in a typical Bologna home and prepare your own lunch or dinner with a friendly chef! You will discover the hidden secrets of the Bolognese culinary tradition in a cozy kitchen of a traditional apartment in Bologna.
You will learn how to make Ragù, the most famous Bolognese meat sauce, and two kinds of hand made pasta: tagliatelle and Tortelloni, filling them with ricotta cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic, parsley, nutmeg, white pepper and salt.
At the end of the cooking class, you will taste the dishes you have prepared, together with a local dessert (prepared in advance) and of course water and wine.
