Take advantage of a day in Bordeaux to learn about winemaking and wine tasting, while enjoying the great Medoc landscapes!
Your first stop will start at Château Paloumey with a guided tour of the estate and a tasting of 3 wines from this well-known Cru Bourgeois, a reference in the Haut-Médoc and Margaux Appellations. Every year, the cellar also hosts an exhibition of an artist whose works are displayed in the ageing cellars.
Then the day will continue at the Mademoiselle de Margaux chocolate shop and you will fulfill the wine tastings before taking a panoramic walk through the Margaux vineyards and its classified growths.
At lunchtime, you will be welcomed in a Grand Cru estate and will taste delicious local products and a french café gourmand.
Once lunch is over, you will discover Château Dauzac and start by visiting the Caves des Collections, an exceptional Art de Vivre museum, located in one of the oldest family-owned Margaux wineries. The visit will end with a tasting of three wines coming from three different terroirs.
