Once arrived at an organic winery or farm in the Tuscan countryside, you'll meet the owner who will show you everything around, including the cellar of two limited wine editions - Super Tuscan and Chianti Classico, just a few bottles production every year, and the acetaia where vinegar is produced.
Especially in Italy, wine is always paired with food, so you will taste some vintages matched with house specialties: crostini, chickpeas with balsamic vinegar, beans, tomatoes, season vegetables (collected from the organic garden on the spot), honey with cheese, mushrooms, all accompanied by a glass of wine.
This tasty appetizer will prepare your palate for the lunch: after a pasta dish - homemade tagliatelle, tagliolini or typical lasagna with traditional sauces, pesto or truffle - you'll have the opportunity to eat different kinds of meat, such as chicken, pork and cinta senese (vegetarian alternative available); to top it off, savor a delicious ice cream with balsamic vinegar or other sweets accompanied by an excellent dessert wine.
