Get a close touch with wildlife on this full-day excursion to Van Long Nature Reserve from Hanoi!
In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and hit the road to Ninh Binh Province. After a 2-hour drive, you'll reach Gia Vien and go on a bike ride to visit the local villages, temples, and markets. You'll stop at Cau Vang Hamlet and join farming activities such as crab catching, fishing, transplanting rice, seeding, scooping water, or harvesting (depending on the season).
After having lunch in a local ancient house, you will visit the 'Cat Scratch' mountain where you can see the critically endangered Delacour's langurs!
Later, you'll take a boat trip (90-minute) to reach Van Long Nature Reserve, the largest wetland in Northern Vietnam. Take in the picturesque landscapes of this diversified and unique ecological system and see many types of fauna living here!
Back in Van Long Wharf, your driver will bring you back to your hotel in Hanoi (arrival around 5.30 pm).
