During this morning or afternoon class, you'll discover the techniques of selection, preparation and presentation of authentic Vietnamese dishes.
For example, on Tuesdays you learn how to make fresh spring roll with pork and prawns served with peanut butter, pomelo salad with grilled dried squids, grated coconut flesh, crunchy vegetable with fish sauce dressing sauce, stewed chicken in clay pot with lemongrass and chili, served with hot rice. On Wednesdays you'll try net fried spring rolls with pork, prawns and taro, green java plum salad with quail eggs and dried shrimps mixed with special sweet and sour dressing fish sauce and grilled beef in betel leaves served with net rice noodle, vegetable and fish sauce dipping sauce.
