The Curonian Spit is a unique part of the world. Its thin strip divides the salty Baltic sea from the freshwater Curonian lagoon. There are three settlements on the territory of the national park: Lesnoye, Rybachy and Morskoye. The Curonian Spit is unparalleled in terms on its size, length, dune elevation, picturesqueness, richness of flora and fauna, and it is one of the most famous tourist attractions of the area. What draws the tourists there is the incredible purity of nature, as well as Europe's highest dunes. Here, you can find plants, which you can't find anywhere else in the world. Local forests are home to numerous wild animals and rare birds.

What to remember

In accordance with Resolution No. 383 of 06/30/21 of the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region, only persons vaccinated against COVID-19 or those with PCR tests received no earlier than 72 hours before the start of the excursion are allowed to attend group excursions (except for children under 18).
When buying an excursion and boarding the bus, you must have your supporting documents printed and ready to show to the tour leader. Persons with no documents mentioned above are not allowed on the bus. When boarding the bus, thermometry (temperature measurement) will be carried out. Tourists are not allowed without a mask.
