Hammam & Turkish Bath Experience

Want a top-notch tan whilst trying something new? Then a trip to a hammam or Turkish bath is definitely for you. Everything starts when we take you to one of the best local hammams. Change into your swimwear and wrap up in a towel. Then it's off to the hammam itself – a humid, marble-tiled room with a ‘gobektasi', a heated stone slab in the centre. Relax as the heat softens your skin and opens your pores. Next, lie on the ‘gobektasi', where you'll be treated to a body scrub followed by a head-to-toe massage in soft, soapy bubbles. And after that, you'll enjoy an all-over oil massage.

Winter Tour to Pamukkale and Hierapolis

This winter tour takes you to Pamukkale, which means 'cotton castle' in Turkish – and you'll soon see why as you set eyes upon this magical landscape. It's a series of mountainside terraces where natural springs have solidified into snowy-white stalactites and cliffs. The effect is a winter-like wonderland of petrified tiers and pools. The Romans built a health spa here and people still flock to admire the scenery and bathe in the thermal pools. Then it's on to the ruins of ancient Hierapolis – a theatre, necropolis, temples, baths and much more. After lunch, you'll have free time to poke around the site.

There's also a 12,000-seater stadium and the remnants of a Bronze Age acropolis.Next, we go to Aspendos to see one of the best-preserved theatres from antiquity.
