What to expect

A visit to Timanfaya is practically mandatory during your stay in Lanzarote. It is a vast natural park created as a product of volcanic activity in the late 18th century that currently has 25 volcanoes; some of which are dormant. In some places of the park, the surface temperatures exceeds 100°C. You will have the opportunity to witness geothermal experiments performed during the visit of the La Ruta de los Volcanoes (the Route of the Volcanos). Timanfaya is a space that impresses with the peculiarity of its forms and its wild nature of martian-like appearance.
