Delivery
All tickets for West Ham United will be delivered as e-tickets. We will send out the e-tickets in the week of the match. Tickets will need to be printed out to enter the stadium.
The Academy Hospitality
The Official Halfway Line Hospitality we offer is including the following:
- Halfway line seats Block 207-209
- Access to The Academy lounge 2 ½ hours before kick off
- Refreshments and snacks available to purchase
- Access to private cash bar facilities
- VIP entrance on the West stand
- Programme and team sheets to be handed out by hostesses
- Complimentary drink at half time (beers, wines + soft drinks)
Next to the hospitality option we can offer regular seats, without any hospitality. Shortside and longside seats are in groups available for the listed prices.
Please put the LEAD NAME of the client in the notes of the order. If you have the hotel information ready, please add this to the notes as well. We may ask for hotel details following the rules of West Ham United.
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.

19-4-2020 - FA Cup Semi 2
Whenever a team will play in one of the above dates for the League Cup or FA Cup, the Premier League fixture will be postponed. We will swap your current order to an alternative in the same weekend. Extra costs or refunds may apply.
