Delivery
Real Madrid is mainly working with 'mobile tickets'. This means that clients receive a digital document which could only be opened on a smartphone. There is a barcode on the file which will need to be scanned when entering the stadium.
Mobile tickets are available for all games, but sometimes we are forced to deliver season cards to the clients. Mainly for the bigger games season cards is the ticket type.
We do not know in advance what kind of type of tickets we will provide. If you need to guarantee the ticket type to the clients far in advance, please contact our team to make sure we provide the asked ticket type.
Max 2 seats together
This option shows the price for single seats and pairs. As soon as you select 3 tickets via this option, we guarantee 2+1 as close as possible. If you select 4 tickets via this option, we guarantee 2+2 as close as possible.
3 seats together
This option shows the price for max 3 seats together. For example. If you select 5 seats via this option, we guarantee 2+3 as close as possible (as nobody will sit alone via this option). Please make sure to use the other option in case you need only 1 or 2 tickets, as the price is different for this.
Stadium Tours
We also offer Barnabeu Stadium Tours. Your client is responsible to check the opening hours themselves! We can not be held responsible if your client can not do the Stadium Tour because it is not available at the date and time they want to do the visit. (on game days the opening hours are limited)
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
