Musement is looking for a Marketing SEO Inbound Executive - French. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic go-getter to be instrumental in the international growth of one of the world’s most innovative online travel startups, as acknowledged by Tim Cook and highlighted in Tnooz and TechCrunch. We would like to hear from savvy, digital-minded “people persons” who have the knowledge and skill set to engage current and potential customers on our social channels, are “guerilla marketing” minded and aim to solve problems pragmatically, not by throwing money at them.


Scope: This is an incredible opportunity to increase Musement’s share in the French markets by driving marketing activities to the right target audience across different organic channels

  • Overview of the development of your market from a holistic marketing perspective
  • Operational management and execution to deliver on the marketing plan, such as
    • SEO outreach at best value for money and supporting pre-defined priority venues for the FR market
    • Manage and challenge PR agency to define KPI, develop top class calendar and material and secure quality coverage (online + offline) or recommend alternative solutions to secure coverage of relevant content
    • Manage content marketing pipeline (including the blog) proposing topics or initiatives of interest to key targets, in line with KW search seasonality, and overall relevant for SEO or Inbound marketing purposes
    • Manage Social channel (Facebook) - liaison with our Social Media Manager) by developing calendar relevant for the market, tracking performance and optimising posts / budget
    • Manage any ad hoc marketing partnerships (blogs and travel sites) and other distribution channels, including freelancers and agency management when applicable
  • Propose, translate and develop attractive content for Newsletters levering on existing material - testing new email subject, topics to continuously optimise performance (open rates, CTR)
  • Specifically engage other bloggers, relevant partners and social media accounts. Support initiatives by promoting, seeding, and sharing brand initiatives.
  • Optimise relevance by reviewing description and content to ensure complete, accurate and relevant information
  • Adapt and translate in most accurate manner material / sentences / call to actions / needed for any potential website changes
  • Improve market performance management for all key metrics; Track Organic Acquisition and support: Visits, Retention, Engagement, KW Ranking
  • Responsibility to achieve market targets: organic (SEO+direct+social): bookings, gross revenue and net margin
  • Run (language) market specific campaigns and initiatives and measure/evaluate ROI of a Market marketing initiative;
  • Manage freelancers for content creation and translations for the Blog & Social & Product and other relevant content
  • Ensure Musement is always ahead of the curve on understanding marketing innovation
  • Deliver market insights to support company strategies such as supply, product and marketing
  • Improve our brand’s public profile by answering queries in a timely manner and working with the other teams to boost our ratings on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, TripAdvisor, App reviews (iOS and Apple store) - and any local relevant source of information for our customers
  • Collaborate with the other depts such as product, B2B2C, design, local teams and country managers to leverage on any upcoming opportunity, bring support where necessary to drive their local potential
  • Create reports and analyze data. Ensure strategy execution is aligned with the plan
