Enjoy a two-day excursion in wild Africa.
Day one: after an early breakfast at your hotel, you will drive, accompanied by your driver, along the main highway that heads towards Nairobi, following the route of the railway line built by the British in the late nineteenth century. You will then arrive at the Ngutuni Safari Lodge and adventure on a drive through the game sanctuary that confines with the Tsavo East National Park. The lunch and the afternoon will continue at the Taita Hills Sanctuary arriving afterward at the Salt Lick Lodge which is built on stilts overlooking a waterhole where animals come to drink. The Sanctuary hosts a variety of species of birds and animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes and zebras. Dinner and the overnight stay will be at the Salt Lick Resort.
Day two: the day will begin with an early morning game drive. On a clear day, you will be able to see the magnificent snowcapped Kilimanjaro mountain. After breakfast served at around 9.30 you will continue the game drive and arrive at Taita Hills Lodge for lunch. In the afternoon you will then head back to Mombasa, arriving in the evening.
