Experience the slow pace, scents, and flavors of the Sicilian countryside in a unique way taking part in the harvest activities.
Start with a pleasant walk through the family vineyards and harvest the grapes by hand. Your guide will then lead you to the old building of the farm where you will remove the grapes from the bunches, press them and taste the very fresh must. Then, through a visit to the cellar, you will learn the secrets of grape processing and wine aging.
In the winery or in the veranda overlooking the garden, you will find a delightful brunch of five typical Sicilian appetizers, including local cheeses, tasty salami, vegetables grown in the farm garden, homemade bread with olive oil, organic honey and delicious citrus jellies. The brunch will be enriched by the tasting of white and red wines produced in the winery.
