- One piece of hand luggage per person is allowed. The total length+width+height cannot exceed 158cm
- From Fiumicino airport to Rome - Terminal 3: leaving the baggage area/customs, please head to the right where, along a corridor, you'll find several stalls of different companies (car rentals, currency exchange, etc.). After 50 meters, you'll find the counter COTAV with the indication ACAMPORA TRAVEL - TRANSFER CHECK POINT. You can show the voucher to the assistant: they'll immediately call the driver who will lead you to your car. The cars are parked in the silos in front of the Terminal, so you'll need to walk about 100 meters. We remind you that the porterage service is not included, even if the driver will give you all the support possible to search for trolley-bags, in case you haven't already found them in the luggage area
- From Fiumicino airport to Rome - Terminal 1 and 2: an assistant or the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with the name of the customer at the exit of the baggage / customs area and will lead you to the car
- From your hotel to Fiumicino airport: you'll be collected at your hotel reception three hours before the flight's departure. Maximum waiting time: 15 minutes from the expected time of pick up
- If you choose the roundtrip option, please select the date your arrival in Rome
- Please let us know beforehand if any special needs are requested
- Please let us know beforehand if you need to be picked up from your hotel less than 3 hours before the flight (in this case the customer must take responsibility if the flight is missed) or if you need to change your pick up time or place by contacting the operator (info on the voucher) 24h before the previously agreed upon pick-up. The operator will then confirm via email the new pick-up time
- During the booking process, you'll be asked your flight number and hotel address: please let us know the numbers of both your arrival and departure flights if you have booked the roundtrip transfer
- The prices of all vehicles except MVEL include the transport of one piece of luggage of (maximum 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage per person; MVEL is a minibus suited for groups of maximum 4 people with more than one piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage per person
- Please remember: transfers are available only from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
