Eddy is an artist, musician, singer, director, composer, food journalist, publisher and cinematography professor; his estate talks about his many activities and he himself will tell you the most surprising stories about his life. Eddy is also a big fan of the real Roman cusine and an excellent cook too! Once you'll arrive at the estate, he will show you the interiors and the large garden of the villa, with its terrific panorama over the valley below.
Enjoy a relaxing aperitif on the terrace and get familiar with your evening companions. Afterwards, prepare for dinner; find out more about the secrets of Italian cuisine, like the best ways to eat seasonally, how to make the perfect pasta and the best suggestion for a great second course. Savor one of the famous Roman pasta dishes like the delicious Amatriciana, or a fantastic Carbonara or the famous Arrabbiata with spicy tomato sauce. As second course, meat will be the main cast, with Pollo alla Cacciatora” (chicken with wine, sauce and vegetables) or Abbacchio al forno con patate (roast lamb with potatoes). The perfect way to conclude a Roman dinner is sharing a tempting fruit salad or delicious ice cream.
