Explore the beauty of Salzburg and the Lake District area with this combined tour.
First, you will discover the city and the most famous sights during a one-hour tour, which takes you from Mirabell Palace through the old city left of river Salzach, along the world-famous music University Mozarteum and Mozart's Residence. After crossing the Staatsbrücke (main bridge) you pass the heart of the baroque old town enjoying great views of the city. At the return drive, you will pass by Nonnberg Abbey and Mirabell Square.
During the 4-hour second part of the tour, you will visit the Lake District area "Salzkammergut". Highlight of this tour is the boat ride across Lake Wolfgang. But first, you will pass by Lake Fuschl with castle Fuschl and after you will explore the little town of St. Gilgen, where Mozart's mother was born. Here you can enjoy a 45-minute boat ride to St. Wolfgang.
