You will acquire the necessary basic knowledge to be able to have your say on the subject of wine. The basic ABC includes the path from the vine to the wine, taste parameters (sugar, acidity), production techniques, presentation of different grape varieties with a tasting of example wines, aging techniques in the cellar (steel tank, wooden barrel, barrique), also drinking temperatures, storage recommendations and much more. During the wine tasting, you will also get to know the taste differences of several wines in a practical way.
To round off your wine connoisseur experience, there will be a snack as an 'in-between course' and a digestif and coffee as a culinary finale.
